Up until now, Podbevšek was the deputy of the supervisory board president, France Arhar, who stepped down last month because of political interference in the banks business. Since then, Podbevšek acted as a temporary president of the supervisory board.

Miha Košak was elected to be the new deputy president. Podbevšek was briefed on the results of business of the NLB group, as well as NLB itself, in the first quarter. The management of the bank will introduce Podbevšek and the results of the first quarter in greater detail on Monday.
