This year, voting will be divided into two parts. Fifty percent of the votes will come from viewers and fifty percent will come from a jury of professional musicians. The president of the 5-man jury is renowned singer Helena Blagne.

Slovenia's jury will also include bass guitarist Langus Petrovič, reporter and singer Izak Košir, musician Robert Pikl, and singer and Eurovision veteran Alya.

The jury will be able to vote after the first auditions. The Slovenian public will be able to vote after everyone has performed on May 8th. Slovenia's entry in this year's contest, Tinkara Kovač, is 14th in line to perform.
