Based on the court order, the criminal investigators are conducting house searches of residential, business and other premises in Ljubljana, Novo mesto, Celje and Maribor, "searching for proofs for substantiating the criminal act of abuse of power or trust at economic activity".
The Police explain that the criminal act was performed to the detriment of a shareholding company from Ljubljana. According to unofficial information, electronic communication between some of the managers is being investigated. The investigation is supposedly connected with the last year's activity in the ACH company, and the transfer of ownership of Adria Mobil, reports Radio Slovenija.
The investigation has been going on since 6 a.m., also at the headquarters of the Adria Mobil company from Novo mesto, where caravans and camper vans are produced. The employees working in the administrative building of Adria Mobil can't get to their workplace, while the work in production remains unhindered.
One person was detained by the Police – as reported by Reporter, it is the manager of Adria Mobil and previously one of the leaders of ACH, Sonja Gole.
