But the question is how are we going to achieve this figure, given that subsidies for solar power are diminishing and even experts are warning that regarding green energy there are considerable administrative barriers.

The Ministry of Infrastructure and Spatial Planning assure us that subsidies for green energy are not being abolished, and that they will now allocate subsidies more rationally. But as the voltaic association says, it is not so much about subventions as it is about the removal of obstacles. Not only those holders of solar power plants have to pay contributions to the pension scheme, now a new regulation has come into effect on supplementary activities on the farm, which abolishes the production of solar source electricity as a supplementary activity.

The problems are not only in solar power plants but also in the regulations on environmental protection which are not always rational, they warn. We also know about resistance in local environments encountered by wind power. This is not only a Slovene problem; everywhere in the world there are individuals who are known by the name "not in my back garden", which in principle can prevent anything. But anyway, our country, in any case first requires an energy concept, which will have to be addressed by the new government and the obligations on renewables finely defined.
