In 13 cases the process was halted because the asylum seekers left the asylum centers at their own will. In one case the seeker decided to withdraw his asylum request. In 12 cases the requests were denied as unfounded. None of the processed requests so far have been approved. Among the almost 80 asylum seekers there are 15 citizens of Iran, including two brothers, which do not wish to be named.

The two brothers left Iran around one month ago in a group of 10 relatives and friends. The most difficult part of their journey was rowing a small boat, three meters long, during the night and in rain from Turkey to Greece. Most refugees file for asylum in Germany, even though they can't explain why they wish to go there. The two Iranians were one of those who decided to file for asylum in Slovenia. They made their decision while traveling towards Slovenia.

"The first reason is the nature, the second is the people. When we stepped off the train Slovenians welcomed us with open arms. We really like it here and that's why we stayed. I think the life here is similar to what it is in Austria, and it is especially calm and safe," said one of the brothers. As a 19-year-old he wants to study medicine. His brother has no plans for now. The 19-year-old Iranian refused to comment or moralize on the prejudice of those rejecting refugees. His only wish is to end this ordeal and start anew.
