Stoch took the top place already in the first series by landing at 132.5 metres. Dawid Kubacki came closest (132.0 m), while Stefan Kraft from Austria followed in third place (130.5 m).

The best Slovenian jumper was Peter Prevc (127.5/131.5), who finished the match in eighth place. Other members of the Slovenian team have also won points and took the following places: 17th Jernej Damjan, 21st Žiga Jelar, 25th Anže Semenič, 27th Timi Zajc and 29th Domen Prevc.
