The Statistics Office provided a gender breakdown of the 50 most common jobs in Slovenia.
In December 2014, 97.5 percent of kindergarten teachers and kindergarten teacher assistants were female. Moreover, 94 percent of teachers in the first cycle of elementary school were female, as were 92.1 percent of cleaners, hospital attendants and domestic workers.
On the other hand, 99.5 percent of bricklayers, drivers of heavy goods vehicles and tow truck drivers were male.
