Due to "police conspiracy" against Minister Boris Koprivnikar seven policemen reportedly lost their jobs, five Police Union leaders, and policemen who stopped the Minister and submitted him to breath test.
As reported by Večer newspaper, according to unofficial information the internal investigation of the event when last year policemen deliberately stopped Minister of Public Administration Boris Koprivnikar and submitted him to a breath test. Several policemen supposedly breached their work obligations.
Seven policemen will be reportedly subjected to extraordinary termination, i.e. the two policemen who had stopped the Minister, and five representatives of the Trade Union of Slovenian Police – the Union president Zoran Petrovič, Ljubljana regional representative Vojko Marguč, Kranj representative Denis Kadirić, deputy of Koper regional representative Miha Sakač and Novo mesto regional representative Dušan Raja.
Yet the extraordinary termination for the seven policemen most likely won't be the final epilogue of the "conspiracy", as the Specialized State Prosecutor's Office is also investigating the suspected abuse of office.
