All runners and their companions can take free rides with buses of the public city transport. To use the free ride, the runner and the companion need to have the starting number with or on them, or they can show their accreditation to the bus driver.

The organizers suggest all competitors and visitors of the marathon to park their vehicles on the P+R parking lots (Dolgi most, Chengdujska and Center Stožice) - which are managed by the public car park company of Ljubljana and offer free parking on Saturdays and Sundays - and take the city buses to get to the city centre.

Due to the marathon, there will be road closures in certain parts of Ljubljana this weekend, and city bus lines will be detoured. From Friday to Sunday, parts of the Slovenska Road will be closed. On Sunday, the day of the marathon and semi-marathon races, roads on a wider area of Ljubljana will be closed, including the districts of Bežigrad, Šiška, Vič and the centre of Ljubljana.
