The Association for Chronic Inflammatory Bowel Disease, the organizer of the campaign, has declared the winners of its campaign.

The association examined public toilets in 51 Slovenian municipalities, at 52 petrol stations by motorways and in 10 health centres. In the category of municipalities, the prize again (after a year-long break) went to Ljubljana, while the winners in the remaining two categories are Petrol Starine (Ljubljana-bound) and Idrija Health Centre.

Toilet brush for Bohinj
For the second year in a row, Bohinj has been chosen as the municipality with the worst public toilets, prompting the association to “award” it with a toilet brush.

The main purpose of the campaign, which started in 2009, is raising awareness about the need of people suffering from inflammatory bowel disease.
