Around 500 people marched through the streets of Ljubljana and gathered at the French Revolution Square, where a concert also took place. Participants were addressed by Ljubljana Mayor Zoran Janković.
Those that took part in the parade called for the respect of differences. This year’s message is that lesbians, gays, bisexuals and transsexuals aren’t going anywhere, and that their numbers are growing. Organizers also expressed their disappointment with the country’s politics, with regards to the LGBT community.
