He will also have to pay a fine of almost EUR 100,000. Prosecutor Blanka Žgajnar proposed the fine. Mimović will remain in custody until the final verdict is reached.
He pleaded guilty to two counts of fraud and his trial is over. The trial of former Director of CPL, Stanko Petrič, will continue because he did not admit he was guilty.
