It concluded that in order to work on unresolved issues more funds would need to be allocated to certain sectors. However finding the extra money will be a difficult task.

Minister for Public Administration said that all ministries faced numerous problems and lack of funds. He also believes that solutions must be found within the existing budgetary framework.

Officials also haven’t decided yet whether the country would require budget restructuring.
