The officials of the Gorenja vas village have decided to use the big fortification there as a tourist attraction.

Underneath the structure located on the mountain Goli vrh at the Poljanska dolina valley there are more than 400 meters of tunnels, which can be visited and an exhibition there explains the structure's history.

The reconstruction of the facility was partly financed by European funds and the location is already beginning to attract more and more visitors.

The Rupnik Line is now used as a recreational walkway, which offers wonderful views.
