The housing unit provides 24-hour care and enables independent living for adults with special needs. This provides additional options for people with special needs, even after relatives can no longer take care of them.

The new group home includes an attic that is over 300 square meters and is available to residents. For the arrangement of rooms and equipment, nearly 100,000 euros were spent primarily through funds and donations.

In the future a residential farm is planned as a new form of institutional care.
