Slovenia will be among the last countries of the EU to adopt this legislation and it must work fast if it wants to avoid heavy fines. State Secretary at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Spatial Planning says that the main part of the bill highlights the gradual economy-friendly transition to a low-carbon society.
