The Act also provides a series of measures to prevent the entry of counterfeit medicines on the market, while also setting new conditions for the import of drugs for personal use, a more transparent jurisdiction of pharmaceutical inspectors, as well as changing the conditions for post marketing studies. Among other things, doctors will not be allowed to receive payments for drug testing.
