Half of the parents who receive this from of help will see their right expire by the end of December. They have to apply with a new form by the end of the year. A new web application was also created to provide help for parents who want to find data on their rights to receiving public funds.

The most important change in the kindergarten subsidy is that once the right is granted to a parent, regardless in which month of the year, it lasts for a 12 month period and not just until the end of December.
