The publisher Nova revija has gone bankrupt at the suggestion of the tax office of Slovenia. According to tax officials, the cultural magazine and publisher was among businesses in Slovenia that owe between 500,000 and one million euros in taxes.
Creditors will have time to lodge a claim until the 26th of May. The publisher Nova revija was established in 1990. It took its name from a publication of the same name, which was established in 1980 by a number of intellectuals including Tine Hribar, Svetlana Makarovič, Andrej Inkret, Boris A. Novak, Dimitrij Rupel and Niko Grafenauer.
