According to Finance publisher Večer has been purchased by Salomon, a company owned by media and printing group Krater. Krater head did not comment on the matter.
However, recent inofficial reports by the Maribor-based Večer claimed that Salomon came up with the biggest bid. The official notification on the selection is to be known tomorrow.
Krater, whose head Martin Odlazek was convicted to six months in prison in last year's June due to his involvement in the opaque sale of printing company Gorenjski tisk) has meanwhile been said to suffer from indebtedness.
Salomon on the other hand noted EUR 16.6mil. of revenues last year, which is EUR 1.3mil. more than in 2012.
