A plenary of Central European uprising groups also took place, but was closed for the media, as some of the participants refused to introduce themselves in public. The meeting took place in the form of a public tribune that allowed all the participants to have an equal part in discussions about different viewpoints on the issue of uprising, indirect democracy and horizontal society.
