At the Pogačar Square, where the now traditional Open Kitchen takes place on Fridays, over ten wine growers from across Slovenia gathered on Saturday, offering the visitors a taste of their wine samples as well as culinary treats and home products. In addition to glasses of exquisite wine and champagne, the palates could taste home prosciuttos and other meat products, canapés, sautéed potatoes, fish snacks and top-quality olive oil.
Unlike the Ljubljana Wine Routes, the Wine City is a small-scale event, but there will be three more opportunities to pay a visit to it, i.e. on 25 July, 8 August or 19 September from 10 am to 8 pm.
