After being found unconstitutional, the first 20 percent of the pensions were returned at the end of June last year.

At the Institute for Pension and Disability, they estimate that the final payment will be between 14 and 15 million. About 17,000 people will benefit from the court's decision and stand to receive around a thousand euros or more.
