The medal winners of last year's Olympic Games in Sochi were the main guests at the event in Vipolže. All the proceeds from the charity event will go to the Vrabček Upanja Foundation and to the department for disabled youth at Stara Gora. At the venue on Saturday organizers managed to collect around 800 euros of voluntary contributions.Peter Prevc and the successful roller skater Lucija Mlinarič, who decided to put an end to her career, have also become the new ambassadors of the above-mentioned foundation.
The relaxed social gathering, which featured many participants and athletes coming from different sports, was also enriched with the presence of the Gorica archery club. Archers gave advice to Peter Prevc, Vesna Fabjan and the rest. Among them were also the members of the women's youth volleyball national team, which won second place last year at the European Championships.
