The organizers of the event advise fans not to travel by car, as special train and bus services will be provided for the event. The Slovenian national ski jumping team has also travelled to Planica by train.

Don’t park on lawns
Drivers parking in no-parking areas – especially on lawns – will be fined. A free bus service will pick up fans in Kranjska Gora (at the bus stop in front of SKB bank, and at the bus stop in front of the primary school), in Podkoren (at the Petrol gas station, and at the bus stop on the regional road), in Rateče (at the roundabout, at the Petrol gas station, and at the Ledine intersection), as well as at the Zelenci parking lot. The bus will leave Kranjska Gora on Thursday at 7:30 a.m., on Friday at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday at 6:00 a.m., and on Sunday at 6:30 a.m.

Buses and (mini)vans must obtain parking stickers
The organizers have said that buses, minivans, and vans heading to Planica must obtain a special parking sticker. This sticker must be affixed to the windshield. Buses, minivans, and vans without parking stickers will be stopped at the Karavanke parking lot, where they will be able to buy the stickers – but only if the passengers have bought tickets to the event. Otherwise, the vehicle will not be allowed to enter the event site.

Special train service
Rail Operator Slovenske železnice will provide train rides to fans attending the event. Tickets for the train can be purchased separately or with event tickets. Slovenske železnice will offer a 40 percent discount for adults, and a 75 percent discount for children aged 6 and above. Children under 6 years of age can travel for free. Additional footpaths for public access have also been created. Moreover, a photography contest will be held during the four-day event.

Fans cannot bring large quantities of alcohol to the event
The organizers have said that security guards will prevent fans from bringing weapons, pyrotechnics and other dangerous instruments onto the site. Security cameras will monitor the event, security guards will patrol the site, and fans will be prevented from bringing large quantities of alcohol to the event. Anyone who is visibly drunk will not be allowed onto the site. Thursday will be children’s day in Planica, and an alcohol ban will be in place on that day.
