Robert Perc from the Novo mesto Police Directorate explained that the point at which the migrants had crossed the green border has not been established yet. The eleven migrants had not come from the reception centre in Dobova, nor did they arrive to Slovenia by organized transports.

The procedure of processing the migrants is still ongoing, and the police will return them to Croatian security authorities should they fail to comply with the conditions for continuing their way to Austria. This year 70 migrants were returned to Croatia.
