Prevc made two great jumps of 130 and 131 meters to beat the rest of the competition. Austria's Stefan Kraft came in second, while Roman Koudelka from the Czech Republic came in third. Another Slovenian also made in the top 10. Jurij Tepeš finished at an excellent fifth place.
Today's win is Peter Prevc's fourth World Cup victory in his career. It's also Slovenia's fourth victory ever at the Saporo ski jumping hill.
After today's competition Prevc has climbed to second place in the overall World Cup standings, behind Kraft and in front of Michael Haybock, also from Austria.
