The decision of whether to investigate the other two accused is still being decided. If the court approves the investigation, and the remaining two are also pulled in, it would put Defence Minister Roman Jakič in a delicate position. At the time, he was the head of the Institute of Tivoli, which was involved with the construction of the Stožice arena. Jakič has said that he would not resign unless a final indictment were brought against him.
