The government decision traces the version F2 motorway from Velenje to Šentrupert, but the inhabitants are convinced there are cheaper, shorter, and all in all better options. They are opposed to this version, as they claim it is the most expensive of all, as only 14 kilometres of the road would cost 480 million euros, which would make it the most expensive section in Slovenia.

This version is also the least favourable towards agricultural land, as it would ruin approximately 100 hectares. A large part of this section is traced through the best agricultural land with vast irrigation system.
