The plan will most probably be sent to Brussels this autumn. Last year's catastrophic floods have affected a large part of north-eastern Slovenia. A conference on Roads and floods was held in Maribor yesterday.
Road damages amounting to around 16 million euros were recorded last year. Liljana Herga from the Directorate for Roads says that according to their estimates around 60% of roads in Slovenia were in very bad shape and floods only worsened this situation.
