Have you ever eaten underground? Maybe in your basement, you have. But probably not lower than 100 meters. Well, in Slovenia, you have the chance to eat in the lowest-lying dining hall in Europe. It’s in the dining hall of the coal mine in Velenje. The cafeteria is about 160 meters below the surface. There are 12 tables there – enough for nearly 50 people.
