The ministry sold 51 million euros ($56.90 million) of treasury bills versus the initial target of 60 million euros, the Finance Ministry said.

It sold 37 million euros of 12-month bills at a yield of minus 0.20 percent versus minus 0.12 percent in June.

The ministry sold 7 million euros of six-month bills at a yield of minus 0.22 percent versus minus 0.14 percent in June and 7 million of three-month bills at a yield of minus 0.26 percent versus minus 0.15 percent at the last auction of such bills in May.

Total bids amounted to 111 million euros. The next treasury bill auction is due on Oct. 4 when Slovenia will also sell 18-month bills.
