Experts say not all the banks, which fail the tests will have to get additional capital. Uofficially fresh capital will be necessary for 10 of the 25 banks.

The European Central Bank (ECB) will release the results of financial reviewes of euro area's major banks tomorrow. The actual assessment of the potential capital shortfall of individual banks will be known in a month. The results will reveal the quality of assets at the end of 2013. The stress tests were done under scenarios that assumed very bad economic conditions.
