Ministers of finance did not have a guided discussion about the costs of the refugee crisis that would be based on a thorough analysis; they merely exchanged some words about their experience and estimates. The Slovenian minister expressed interest in costs connected to different scenarios – when refugees stay in the country, and when they only cross it.
