The institute significantly improved on its March forecast of 0.5 percent growth on 2014. It said GDP would rise by 1.6 percent in 2015 versus its earlier forecast of 0.7 percent.
The central bank said earlier this week it expected the economy to grow 1.6 percent this year and 1.3 percent in 2015.
