The social partners agreed to a set deadline. The two sticking points remain the minimum wage and insolvency law. The central question with regard to the minimum wage are the gradual exemption of bonuses as counting towards the minimum wage, which unions are demanding but which employers rejected.

Today all three sides, according to unofficial information, agreed that all issues related to the minimum wage be exempt from the Social Agreement.
