The students Martina Zamuda and Polona Lopert travelled to different parts of Slovenia four times a week, and on the street offered top-quality cuisine prepared on the spot.
"People were quite surprised to be able to taste quality foot on the street. I think that presently the offer consists of hamburgers, hot-dogs, kebabs; we offered a change which improved the quality, and everybody was satisfied," Martina Zamuda explained.
They learned from world-renown chefs. The purpose of the project was to introduce to people top-quality cuisine based on traditional Slovenian dishes.
The visitors loved the project. Most of them made donations for children for underprivileged families. The project had also a charitable purpose, as a part of the profit was intended for the Botrstvo project. Until now more than € 8,600 were raised.
