The prices, calculated with an index which encompasses all the real estate bought by households (apartments, detached houses, terraced houses etc.), rose by 0,3 percent in the eurozone in the first quarter, compared with the same quarter in the previous year. In the EU prices rose by 0,6 percent. That, according to data released by EU's Statistics Office Eurostat.
According to Eurostat real estate prices in Slovenia, in the first quarter of this year, rose by 1,4 percent, compared to the last quarter of 2014. However on a yearly level housing prices recorded one of the biggest drops ever, also at 1,4 percent.
