The award went to caterer Franc Jezeršek for numerous years of successful work in catering and rank organisation.

Jezeršek was the first, and for some the time the only one in the hospitality industry, to offer catering in Slovenia. With his culinary centre "Okusiti Slovenijo", or in other words - to taste Slovenia, he greatly contributed to the promotion of culinary particularities of the regions of Slovenia.
