From today on the army can count on the help of 141 called-up members of the Slovenian army reserves. They have completed their seven-week training in which they have renewed their basic army skills, the handling of weapons and guard duties. They were also trained in individual skills.
For the time being the reserves will offer logistical support and carry out tasks such as guarding premises and working in the reception-security service.
Although the army failed to secure the announced 200 employments of reserves, there will be no additional calls at this moment.
