The organisers are constantly striving to improve quality. To achieve this, they evaluate the providers and only the best remain part of the project.
A few years ago, as many as 11 restaurants participated in the project, the number has now settled at nine, explains the managing director of the Radovljica Tourist Board, Nataša Mikelj.
The project is not only focused on traditional dishes, but also on local ingredients, their traceability and cooperation of restaurants, thereby increasing the quality. This is why we also include the names of ingredient suppliers on the menus.
This year's Tastes of Radol'ca started with the opening dinner and the market of suppliers in Podnart, and will continue for a month, with nine restaurants offering local menus at a unified price. The main theme of this year’s menu is honey.
