The next few days will be mostly dry but more floods can be expected.

Meanwhile in the Municipality of Ig, near LJ,which was one of the most affected by the floods, water levels have started receding.

The latest floods have caused damage to around 700 houses, damaged roads, and cut off power for around 400 houses.

Slovenia has been hit by a number of floods this year. PM Cerar visited the most affected areas yesterday and promised more flood preventiion measures from the government.
