The government has changed the status of two of Slovenia's 12 regions. The Coastal-Karst region will move from the red tier to orange. Restrictions on movement across the region will be lifted. Also, the Littoral-Inner Carniola (Primorsko-Notranjska) region was promoted to the yellow tier, in which hospitality establishments can open to serve customers at outdoor tables. Last night the government also passed changes allowing rallies of up to ten people and also decided to allow ballet and dance classes to be held in-person again.
