Since their introduction in 2018, self-service scooters have built a following among people, including tourists, who don't want or can't afford their own but like the option to escape the Metro and other public transport. This will make Paris the first European capital to completely ban such service.

Last month, the Slovenian Employment Agency published new subsidies worth 23,7 million euro that aim to encourage employers to hire young people for an indefinite period. Sandi Meke, who coordinates services for employers at the Employment Service of Slovenia says the project's main goal is to support the transition of youth from the school system into the labor market.
