Nine Slovenian regions have entered the Covid-19 red tier. That means all of Slovenia except the Posavska, South-Eastern, and Goriška regions, will see the opening of kindergartens and the first three grades of primary school, museums, libraries, galleries, auto mechanics, technical goods stores, sports, stores, children’s clothing stores, florists, book shops and ski centres. PM Janša said the schools will reopen for the youngest on Tuesday, with Monday dedicated to Covid-19 testing for teachers. Education Minister Simona Kustec said she would also like to introduce a coronavirus testing for all school children.
